The passion for fine cuisine of the historical Locanda Bortolino is inspired by culinary tradition and typical local products, which it accurately selects and reinvents. Its high-quality cuisine, typical of the Italian regions of Lombardia and Emilia Romagna, offers vegetable and meat products from the territories of Viadana and the Bassa Padana.
Every season has its culinary delicacies: tortelli and agnoli, passatelli, “Cappello del prete” pumpkin, amaranth, white and black truffles, culatello and other cold cuts, tripes, spare ribs and pork jowls, mostarda and sbrisolona from the traditional cuisine of Mantova; just to name a few. Not to forget that every dish is served with a fine selection of wines.
Serving high-quality food is one of the cornerstones of Locanda Bortolino, but it also finds great pleasure in involving its guests in activities other than the simple cuisine.
It organises a wide range of events: concerts, exhibitions, cooking shows, and much more; it is not just a matter of eating, but also of enjoying an experience together.
Locanda Bortolino offers a rich calendar of events and opportunities to get together. All information and details are regularly published on its Facebook and Instagram pages.
